Paddle Board Yoga is a variation of stand up paddleboarding (SUP) combined with Yoga. Trust us, our "BIC" boards are big enough to act as yoga mats.
What are SUP Yoga classes like?
We keep our sessions intimate (max 6 participants) so we can pay attention to each of our students. We start with a warm up - gentle stretches on the board. Then we continue moving from pose to pose with gentle relaxation in between. Savasana (lying down on the back pose) is our final pose when you close your eyes, dip your toes in the water and float on your board - pure bliss...
What should You wear?
Any comfortable swimwear and sun screen. There is always a chance that you will get wet.
How difficult is SUP Yoga?
Sup Yoga can be challenging (especially when it comes to balancing poses), but our classes have been designed for complete beginners, so no experience is required. We also organise workshops/sessions for intermediate/private students. Contact us for more information.
How much does it cost?
Drop-in class is 20.00 euro. Bundle of 4 classes - 65.00 euro. Bundle of 10 classes 135.00 euro.
How often do we have classes?
